It's hard to believe that Easter is just around the corner! Now is the time to pre order your holiday meats to make sure you have everything you need.

We have a few new additions this year and we have some changes. Let's hop into it. All prices are subject to change.
Online Orders: We are requesting that all orders be placed online. It is easier for our team, it keeps our costs down, and it ensures we have your order correct. Delivery: We are offering delivery on Friday, April 3rd from 5-7 PM. This is the only delivery window available.

Meat Options
Award Winning Ham: Our hams are smoked in house and come in whole or half sizes. Flavors are either our gourmet tavern ham or our honey ham. Hams can be sliced into 1/4" thick slices and tied. These are the same hams we use for our in store deli ham. Hams are $7.99/lb
Beef Tenderloin: We have a new process for beef tenderloin this year, with three different options for our customers.
Custom Cut: Choose a roast size for your Easter dinner, 2-3 lbs, 3-4 lbs, 4-5 lbs, or 5-6 lbs. The price is $39.99/pound. You pay for the weight of the roast, you do not get trim. If you want steaks, you would order filet mignon instead.
Filet Mignon: We are offering 1", 1 1/2", or 2" thick steaks for $44.99/lb.
Butcher's Cut Whole Tenderloin: With this option you will get a 4-6 lb whole roast, and 2-3 pounds of trim. You pay on the pre trim weight which is 7-9 lbs and the price is $29.99/lb. We will cut this roast into 7 steaks if requested. If you are looking for specific sized steaks or a different quantity, you'd order filet mignon instead.
Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib: We're adding everyone's favorite to the menu this year. Our prime rib comes in 2-7 ribs and is freshly cut and tied just for your order. The bone is cut back before we tie the roast up, so you'll have less stress with roasting and slicing. The price is $19.99/lb
Pork Loin Roast: Available in 3-8 pounds. Each roast is hand sliced, seasoned, rolled up and tied. The price is $4.99/lb. We also sell unseasoned roasts at $3.99/lb. Want a small bone in roast? We sell them also!
Pork Crown Roast: Another new addition! This roast makes an impressive presentation at your dinner table and is very affordable. Sizes are 14-16 ribs, and there is an option to stuff the center of the crown roast with seasoned ground pork as well. The price is $5.99/lb.
