Order Catering
We are now offering trays to go for your next event! Order for pick up or delivery (+$) with at least 2 days notice.
All of our trays come cold. Dishes meant to be served hot will need to be reheated.
All of our items come in disposable, aluminum high sided half and quarter pans with foil or plastic wrap on top. For our hoagie trays, you can select a black catering tray with lid that is decorated with greens for a nice presentation for an additional fee.

Catering
We require 48 hours to prepare all catering orders, except for hoagie trays which can be available the next day. If you need an order faster, please give us a call at 609-886-5121 and we will see what we can do! The amount of people each tray will feed is estimated based on an event with other dishes available.
Hoagies
Create your own tray from Ham, Turkey, American, Italian, or Cheese hoagies. Due to the rising price of beef, roast beef hoagies do not come on our hoagie tray. Contact us prior to ordering to add. Lettuce, tomato, and onion are available on the hoagie or on the side. Condiments come on the side. If you'd like a decorated hoagie tray with lid, there is an additional fee. Prices shown are for our hoagies placed in an aluminum tray covered with plastic wrap for the customer to place into a display if desired.
Pork
All pork trays are 3 lbs to feed 8-12 people. Each tray comes with 12 rolls and provolone cheese. Additional 1 lb set ups are available to feed 4 people each. Trays are NOT HOT. Your tray will be cooked, cooled, and refrigerated before pick up or delivery.
Roast Beef
All beef trays are 3 lbs to feed 8-12 people. Each tray comes with 12 rolls and cheese (Swiss or American). Additional 1 lb set ups are available to feed 4 people each. Trays are NOT HOT. Your tray will be cooked, cooled, and refrigerated before pick up or delivery.
Meatballs
Our meatballs are made in house with beef and pork. Each tray comes with 12 rolls and provolone. Trays are NOT HOT. Your tray will be cooked, cooled, and refrigerated before pick up or delivery.
Sausage
All sausage trays are 3 lbs to feed 8-12 people. Enjoy our multi award winning, house cured Sweet Italian or Hot Italian Sausage. Each tray comes with 12 rolls and provolone cheese. Additional 1 lb set ups are available to feed 3-4 people. Trays are NOT HOT. Your tray will be cooked, cooled, and refrigerated before pick up or delivery.
Chicken
Each tray should feed 8-12 people. Trays are NOT HOT. Your tray will be cooked, cooled, and refrigerated before pick up or delivery.
