With the ground beef from Gaiss’ Meat Your Needs package you can make your own burgers! Burgers tend to change shape on the grill and flattening them with a spatula is an instinct, but did you know you lose the juices this way? Keep the burgers juicy and flat by simply pressing your thumb into the center of the raw formed patty before it goes on the grill.

As for the sirloin steaks, simply add salt and pepper to each side, place your steaks on the grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred. This means 4-5 minutes on the first side then flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes for medium rare, 5-7 minutes for medium, or 7-8 minutes for medium well, depending on the thickness of the steak. Thicker steaks require longer book times.
Have you ever tried grilling pork chops before? If not, now is the time! Preheat your grill to 400ºF. Place the pork chops over direct heat on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145ºF. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. Grilled pork chops go great with grilled corn and potatoes, both available at Gaiss’!
