INGREDIENTS

  • Pork Country Ribs ($2.89/lb til Thursday March 7th!)

  • Gaiss' Own BBQ Sauce

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Gaiss' Market Homemade Cole Slaw

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 300*.

  2. Line a high sided pan with foil and place the ribs equal distance apart. The ribs will release water as they cook, so make sure your pan has enough room that you won't spill the water when you remove the ribs from the oven later.

  3. Shake salt and pepper over all sides of the ribs.

  4. Cover the pan with foil, and place into the oven for two hours.

  5. After the two hours is up, check the ribs to make sure they are fork tender. Careful, there will be a lot of steam under the foil! If they're not, place them back into the oven for 10-20 minutes.

  6. Transfer the ribs to a bowl. Drain the water from the pan as you will need it for the next step.

  7. Coat the ribs in your choice of sauce, our Gaiss' line of sauces has a wide variety of flavors!

  8. Place the ribs back into the pan and coat them in another layer of sauce, flipping each rib to make sure they're fully coated.

  9. Turn the oven down to to 275*, add the ribs and cook uncovered for 20-40 minutes.

  10. Check the ribs often, when they all fall off the bone easily, they're done.

  11. Coat with one more layer of BBQ sauce if desired and serve with our house made coleslaw.
