Catering
We require 48 hours to prepare all catering orders, except for hoagie trays which can be available the next day. If you need an order faster, please give us a call at 609-886-5121 and we will see what we can do! The amount of people each tray will feed is estimated based on an event with other dishes available.
Hoagies
Create your own tray from Ham, Turkey, American, Italian, or Cheese hoagies. Lettuce, tomato, and onion are available on the hoagie or on the side. Condiments come on the side.

Pork
All pork trays are 3 lbs to feed 8-12 people. Each tray comes with 12 rolls and provolone cheese. Additional 1 lb set ups are available to feed 4 people each.

Roast Beef
All beef trays are 3 lbs to feed 8-12 people. Each tray comes with 12 rolls and cheese (Swiss or American). Additional 1 lb set ups are available to feed 4 people each.

Our meatballs are made in house with beef and pork. Each tray comes with 12 rolls and provolone.

Sausage
All sausage trays are 3 lbs to feed 8-12 people. Enjoy our multi award winning, house cured Sweet Italian or Hot Italian Sausage. Each tray comes with 12 rolls and provolone cheese. Additional 1 lb set ups are available to feed 3-4 people.
