Order your holiday dinner from Gaiss' Market this year! Our whole beef tenderloin filet is a great choice for steak lovers that don't want the hassle of a huge prime rib. Our whole tenderloin is USDA choice and is the same tenderloin we sell in the case for our filet mignon all year long. Each tenderloin is tied in a roast. Trimming is free, weight is taken before the trim. You will receive the trim in a separate bag. Our meat cutters are very good and remove as little as possible.

This listing is for a $20 deposit towards your holiday dinner. This confirms your order. We won't know the final weight of your roast until just before the holiday. For pick up, the balance is due on the day you receive your item. For delivery, an invoice will be sent once your item is prepared and weighed, then your delivery is confirmed.

The price this year is $19.99 per pound.

Size is listed in half tenderloin (3-4 lbs pre trim) or full tenderloin (6-8 lbs pre trim). If you need more, please add a second tenderloin to your cart. See expected final cost in the chart below. One pound of beef tenderloin can be cut into two nice size filets, each around 1.5" tall.

We delivery to all of Cape May County plus parts of Atlantic and Cumberland Counties. Fees are $5-15 and range by delivery zone. Each zone has select delivery days. If you would like a day other than our standard day, our drivers can make a special trip to you for a $20 fee.
