Our beef varies in brand, but always has consistent high quality. Some of our beef is Certified Angus Beef brand.
Our pork is almost always from Wholestone Farms out of Fremont, Nebraska. The company is operated by 235 farmers, and they handle all processing through one central plant, ensuring top standards are followed. Wholestone has raised 12 million pigs responsibly!
